Every project is designed from scratch, adapted to the client, the plot or existing home, and the available budget.

Yes, we resolve any issues that come up afterwards and offer ongoing advice if the client needs it.

Our architecture studio is based in Elche, but we work throughout the province of Alicante (Santa Pola, Crevillente, Torrevieja, Alicante city...) and across the rest of Spain for larger projects.

It depends on the scope: renovations affecting the structure, layout or facade require a municipal permit, while non-structural finishing changes usually just need a responsible declaration. We review your case and handle the paperwork with Elche City Council.

Yes, for both new builds and full renovations we arrange the energy certificate, which is mandatory for the habitability certificate and for selling or renting the property.

Timelines depend on the City Council and the type of permit: as a rough guide, 1 to 3 months for a major building permit. We keep you informed throughout the process.

Yes, we build sustainability criteria (orientation, insulation, local materials, renewable energy) into every project, adapted to Elche's Mediterranean climate.
